This advertising service is provided without any warranty or guarantee. Whilst this is done in good faith and as accurately and professionally as possible, we cannot be held liable for any errors, ommissions and/or any damages or loss that you might suffer from the use of such service.

PUBLISHER SPECIFIC (Applies to members who use our service as publishers)

By definition, a "publisher" is any person or corporate who places our code on his/her/their site for the purpose of showing ads of our advertisers or ourselves. In return, the publisher receives a percentage of the revenue generated from valid clicks on his/her/their site. The publisher also receives a percentage of revenue from other publishers he/she/they have referred to our advertising services.

The acceptance of any publisher is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The publisher's site/s must only be in English.
  2. The publisher must own and have direct control of the site/s used in the publisher program or must have written permission if placing ads on someone else's website.
  3. Ads appearing under the publisher's code will at all times be his/her/their responsibilty irrespective of where the code is placed.
  4. The publisher shall not click his/her/their own ads or direct someone else to click these ads for him/her/them.
  5. The publisher shall not provide an inducement (monetary or otherwise) for site visitors to click the ads. Comments like "Click here" or "Click these ads" or "Support our sponsors" or similar is not acceptable.
  6. The publisher shall not or direct others to use automated clicking programs, proxies, robots or software to cause clicks/impressions to the ads. In fact clicks made this way by anyone is invalid and never counted.
  7. The publisher shall not or direct others to use questionable marketing purposes like spamming to market his/her/their site.
  8. Ads must only appear on pages with content - only ads on pages is not acceptable.
  9. Up to 3 ad units must be used on a page.
  10. Clicks emanating from publisher's site are fully audited by automated and human reviewers for any low quality clicks - low quality clicks or clicks from questionable methods will not be paid for and will be deducted from the publisher account and credited to the advertiser.
  11. Publisher payments are audited before payout.
  12. We reserve the right to stop this service at any time or to cancel a certain publisher from using our service for violations, poor quality clicks, poor conduct or for any other reason which we may deem as appropriate.
  13. The following sites are NOT allowed to join the ad network:

    - Adult stuff
    - Gambling stuff
    - Pharmaceutical stuff
    - Investment stuff eg pyramid/ponzi schemes/HYIP or anything closely related to that Multi-level programs/MLM subject to site review
    - Hacking tools/software
    - Alcohol, tobacco and drugs
    - Donations/Charitable stuff unless a registered fundraising organization (proof required)
    - Or any other unsavoury stuff that we've forgotten

ADVERTISER SPECIFIC (Applies to members who use our advertising service)

  1. You are allowed the use this advertising service to advertise decent and legal product/services.
  2. All ads are subject to editorial review.
  3. You will NOT use this service for any spamming activity either directly or indirectly.
  4. Ads for following products/services are NOT allowed:

    - Adult stuff
    - Gambling stuff
    - Pharmaceutical stuff
    - Investment stuff eg pyramid/ponzi schemes/HYIP or anything closely related to that Multi-level programs/MLM subject to site review
    - Hacking tools/software
    - Alcohol, tobacco and drugs
    - Donations/Charitable stuff unless a registered fundraising organization (proof required)
    - Or any other unsavoury stuff that we've forgotten
  5. Ads must only be in English and you must own an English web site.
  6. Ads from affiliates are allowed.
  7. We reserve the right to decline ads and not provide any reasons.
  8. Acceptance of your ad does not guarantee serving of your ad in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  9. No guarantees are provided or implied with regards to the performance of your ad or any results thereof. Although the system primarily serves your ad to site targeted websites, it will additionally serve your ad to sites whose content may not be similar as your own.
  10. Absolutely no refunds will be given for amounts alread ad spent.
